Chelsea + Ryan > Acre Real Wedding

Despite a postment and venue change, Chelsea + Ryan made the absolute most of their hinterland wedding. A relaxed and romantic celebration with an outdoor ceremony in the trees, barn reception in moody candlelight and an incredible bridal outfit change! The Wedding Style >

We wanted our wedding to have a relaxed and intimate feel. In terms of the styling, I was aiming for a romantic, elegant, and timeless.

Why The Acre >

We had originally booked Osteria for 2021 and had to postpone our wedding due to Covid restrictions. Due to our booked vendors having limited availability, we explored the option of moving venues to open up more date options. We viewed the Acre and absolutely loved it! We loved the secluded rainforest ceremony location and the rustic barn filled with fairy lights was so romantic. We are so glad we ended up moving our wedding to the Acre, it was the perfect venue for us. Emily was so helpful with the whole process!

The Best Part >

We loved everything about the Acre. Having beautiful scenery that allowed photos onsite enabled us to spend more time with our guests (and stunning photos). The food was delicious – we received so many compliments from guests about dinner! The venue had such a beautiful atmosphere.

We had the Mediterranean shared menu and the slow cook lamb was perfection!

A Special Moment >

The whole day was perfect and ran seamlessly. It was so special having all our favourite people together, particularly after a 6 month postponement and Covid border closures. We loved hitting the dancefloor with our guests after the formalities were over. It was such a fun party vibe! We wouldn’t change a thing.
