If you had to name your wedding style, what would it be?
We didn’t try to achieve a particular style, we just wanted all of our choices to have meaning to us. Everything from the colour scheme to the wishing well, represented something about us as individuals and as a couple.
Why did you choose The Acre?
The Acre has a beautiful intimate feel to it. We felt right at home on our first visit, and we knew our families would too.
What was your favourite part about getting married at The Acre?
The staff were excellent. All of our guests were kept fed and entertained and the onsite coordinator had the barn looking beautiful for the reception. Everything ran seamlessly without us having to worry about a thing.
What was your favourite thing on the menu?
Grilled prawn skewers and lemon chicken lollipops.
Tell us about a special moment during your day?
Our day was full of special moments – we couldn’t possibly pick one!
